SAF Private Wealth is a financial services business operated by Simon Arno Fritsch (Authorised Representative No. 001269537), an Authorised Representative of Openmarkets Australia Limited (AFSL 246705). Services are provided to wholesale clients only, as defined in sections 761G and 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001.

We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us via our website, telephone or email; complete a client onboarding form or engagement agreement; attend a meeting or consultation with us; or correspond with us in the course of providing services. We may also collect information from third parties such as your accountant, solicitor or other professional advisers, where you have authorised us to do so.

We collect personal information to provide investment advice and stockbroking services to you; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006; communicate with you about your portfolio and our services; and improve the quality of our services.

5. Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose your personal information to Openmarkets Australia Limited as our Australian Financial Services Licence holder; third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services (such as custodians, technology providers and compliance consultants), who are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws; regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies where required by law; and your nominated professional advisers, where you have provided written authority.

6. Overseas disclosure

We do not routinely disclose personal information to overseas recipients. Where disclosure to an overseas recipient is necessary, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Security of personal information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Personal information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

10. Website and cookies

Our website may collect non-personal information such as browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site for the purpose of improving the website experience. We do not use this information to identify individuals. Our website does not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
